Abstract

College counselors can be both full-time teachers in colleges and universities and management cadres. Although this dual line promotion policy has brought some development opportunities to the counselors in the future implementation process, there are always good and bad things. Under this policy, the counselors will inevitably face many challenges and difficulties.
