The text is organized into four sections: the first presents phenomena such as platformization, the datafication of life, data colonialism, platform capitalism, and surveillance; the second sets out some characteristics of this technology; the third highlights studies on racial discrimination through algorithms; finally, the fourth presents the main consequences of algorithmic racism in Public Security.
